- You will set up and maintain overall optimization program for the entire site.
- You will optimize site experience, landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs).
- You will develop hypotheses for and build, implement and manage an A/B or multivariate test platform.
- You will operate as the knowledge expert for CRO across the different teams within the organization.
- You will use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy.
- You will analyze and obsess over metrics, such as: conversion rate, user engagement, time-on-site, click through rate, etc.
- You will develop best practices to incorporate CRO into companywide strategies.
- You will keep an eye on industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
