You will forecast product volumes for bugaboo.com for the assigned region and take global ownership of forecasting processes and systems.
You will optimize logistics e-commerce experiences in the assigned region, working closely together with the Operations team, including replenishment, shipping solutions offered, lead-times, returns process, and 2nd line support for operational issues.
You will have Business ownership of the global e-commerce order management solution – ie understand the processes, tools and be the driving force for improvements.
You will have Business ownership of payment and fraud management execution for the assigned region while taking global business ownership of processes and system solutions.
You will handle promotion set-ups in the bugaboo.com back-office and take global ownership of the promotions processes and systems solutions.
You will be the E-commerce liaison with the Customer Service team to optimize consumer experiences – actively engage with the Service team to capture consumer feedback (incl 2nd line support) and share input on bugaboo.com changes.
You have Business ownership for tax/vat and legal matters for the assigned region (like terms and conditions, data privacy regulations) on bugaboo.com, in close co-operation with the finance and legal departments.
You will provide operations budgets, forecasts and reporting.
You have at least 3 years of working experience;
You have knowledge of e-commerce logistics operations and best practices;
You have knowledge of order management, ERP systems and best practices (as a business user);
You have knowledge of payment and fraud management systems and best practices (as a business user);
You have ICT affinity – understanding of digital landscapes, systems integrations at conceptual level;
