- You will develop, execute and manage the global digital marketing and CRM strategy and assets to attract, engage and connect, and to drive growth of our brand. Develop and lead the digital strategy.
- You will orchestrate the deliveries from campaigns on bugaboo.com and from Global Marketing team (content, media, data, web excellence) to create digital toolkits, activations and digital deliveries across markets.
- You will own all aspects of branded account digital copy (Social, CRM). Understand and execute data capture and data privacy consistently across all touch points and channels.
- You will define and maintain digital agency engagement and relationships.
- You will lead in the process of developing powerful digital marketing campaigns. You will help develop digital creation, development and experience of campaigns on Bugaboo.com in line with brand initiatives together with the Digital Brand Specialist.
- You will drive and communicate seasonal online marketing plans in cooperation with the Global Brand Director. Ensure the best digital consumer experience journey
- You will set up and lead the content management strategy and tracking documents (set clear KPI’s for CRM, social).
- You will support the global development of staff product knowledge materials and product training tools for employees regarding digital.
- You will manage the digital brand and CRM budget on all projects aligned with the Global Marketing Director.
- You will manage, inspire, empower and coach the assigned team. Coach regional digital teams.
