As Sales Trainer, you execute all sales training and continued development, both basic and advanced, e.g. products (Bugaboo and competition – side by side selling), Joint Business Planning, merchandising, selling- and customer service skills and professional development. You are a critical extension of the Retail organization, with a goal of accelerating the productivity of the sales organization.
- You will conduct interactive sales training programs for new hires, and reoccurring training for both internal as well as external sales team members.
- You will develop and maintain training content to ensure that it is current, relevant and resonates with the audience.
- You will plan, coordinate, and manage the logistics and classroom experience for all training sessions.
- You will monitor, evaluate, and report training and development needs in order to plan new programs or coaching.
- You will observe and shadow internal and external Sales team members to monitor effectiveness of training programs and follow up.
- You will gain and maintain an in-depth product expertise with the Bugaboo portfolio.
- You will be responsible for sales training administration.
