You will optimize UX experiences, ensuring that Bugaboo offers relevant consumer experiences on our website and other digital touch points that meets consumer needs and assist them to convert, reduce bounce rate and increase conversion rate.
You will identify UX requirements, working closely together with the Product Owners.
You will initiate and coordinate A/B and multivariate tests.
You will lead the optimization of localization and personalization of user experiences.
You will turn analytics data into optimization opportunities (from a consumer experience and conversion point of view) working closely together with our Digital Analyst.
You will contribute to a digital strategy for Bugaboo. Perform consumer research, analyze consumer needs and derive the digital vision / strategy from it.
You have an educational background in quantitative or behavioral area;
You have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role;
You have a solid understanding of agile scrum processes;
You have working knowledge of html and css;
You are familiar with tools for wire-framing and designing, A/B testing;
